Hearing Aid Not Working? A Quick Troubleshooting Guide for Every Wearer

If your device is completely silent, check these common culprits:

The Switch: It sounds simple, but ensure the device is actually turned "On." Sometimes the battery door isn't clicked shut, or the power button wasn't held long enough.

2. Whistling or Squealing? (Feedback)

Check the Fit: Is the hearing aid or earmold inserted snugly? If it’s loose, sound will escape.
